Skit of Saints Anthony and Theodosius Peczerski is the only Orthodox hermitage in Poland. When we enter this mystical place, we immediately feel its incredible energy. It is definitely worth coming here regardless of your religion. This is a great attraction of Podlasie. Skit in Odrynki is quite a young hermitage, only a dozen or so years old, and it was established in 2009. Interestingly, this is the first Orthodox men's skit, or hermitage, that was created in Poland after World War II.he location of the skit in Odrynki is very interesting. To get to it on foot, we have to cross a 700-meter section of a picturesque wooden footbridge across the swamps. Therefore, it is best to park your car in a sandy parking lot on the main road in Odrynki, and then walk to the footbridge. Although there is also a parking lot next to the ski slope, we can only get there during the dry season.
