Steigerwaldstadion full name: Steigerwaldstadion presented by Mediengruppe Thüringen is a soccer stadium with athletics facilities in Löbervorstadt in the south of Erfurt, capital of Thuringia, adjacent to Südpark. It held a total of 17,500 spectators 6,000 seats, 4,000 of which were covered before the renovations from 2015. Today, it seats 18,599 and is, after the Skatbank Arena.
