Pictured is a relief in the New Kingdom Tomb of Maya hewn into the southern escarpment of the Bubasteum in the Saqqara necropolis, Egypt. The relief depicts the wet nurse Maya with King Tutankhamun sitting on her lap. Her tomb was discovered in 1996 by the French Archeological Mission headed by Alain Zivie.
