A salt processing plant producing sea salt at Lake Grassmere near Blenheim, Marlborough / New Zealand. The warm north-west winds increase the salinity in Lake Grassmere through evaporation and then the sea water is pumped into shallow crystallisation ponds where it's dried with solar power. The remaining salt crust is being processed in the salt works.
