Milk Bar cookies are very popular and they have spurred the growth of the pastry shop to several branches from its main location in New York City. The cookies are a creation of pastry chef Christina Tosi of the wildly successful Momofuku restaurant which was started by David Chang. These cookies are crumbly, crisp, and textured. They come in different flavors, including salty chocolate chip, corn, marshmallow, blueberry & cream, and chocolate. They are sold individually in plastic packs and in several pieces in tins.
