Pictured is an Indian Hedstrom motorcycle on display in the Haas Moto Museum and Sculpture Gallery in Dallas, Texas. The 497 cubic centimeter single cylinder engine designed by Oscar Hedstrom is cradled inside a loop frame. It was produced in the United States of America in 1912. The gold script lettering of the name Indian on the fuel tank and its brilliant red coat became symbolic of this iconic American brand.
