Golden steppes of the Urals. August of the dry summer of 2021. Under the rays of the scorching sun, the plants of the steppe turned golden. The color of the golden fields erases the horizon boundary separating the earth from the sky. The third largest river in Europe, the Ural, flows through the steppe. The river begins on the slopes of the Uraltau ridge in the Republic of Bashkortostan and flows into the Caspian Sea.
