In the middle of a densely populated city, a beautiful city park has been created here with something for everyone: play equipment for children, a basketball court, football field and tennis court. Also a memorial, as every city and village in the Netherlands has. On May 4 (Remembrance Day) there will be a 2-minute stop at 8 p.m. For 78 years. A day later, May 5, the liberation from the Allies and the end of WWII is celebrated.
