中国北京天安门天安门是明清两代北京皇城的正门，始建于明朝永乐十五年（1417年），最初名“承天门”，寓“承天启运、受命于天”之意。 Tiananmen Gate, the main gate of the imperial city of Beijing in Ming and Qing Dynasties, was built in 1417, the 15th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty. Its original name was chengtianmen, implying the meaning of `carrying heaven and receiving orders from heaven`.
