This pleasant but rather plain home, built around 1880, has little documented history. It was supposedly moved here from nearby and owned by two spinster sisters, who had a few cows. Not unusual for this area, especially when one of the recent owners did find a cow bell when digging in the garden.
The entrance on the Pixley Street side is now separate from the main house, but is not know about the time period.
