Zhongshan Gate is the eastern gate of City Wall in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Nanjing City Wall was built between 1360 and 1386 AD when Nanjing City was the capital of China in Ming Dynasty, and the enclosed area was the largest of any walled city in China.
