The ancient city of Xiangyang is located in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Han River. The ancient city of Xiangyang was first built in the sixth year of Emperor Gaodi of the Western Han Dynasty, surrounded by water on three sides and backed by mountains on one side, making it easy to defend and difficult to attack. Located in the middle reaches of the Han River, it has a long history.
