Romanian producers interested in participating in this year's edition of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles , one of the largest wine competitions in the world can enroll their wines in the contest on the official website CMB , until March 7 . In 2014, the Concours Mondial celebrates 20 years of existence, during which time he managed to become one of the reference events worldwide due rigor jury selection , but also because of ongoing professional conditions of the entire event. This year, between 2 and 4, in Brussels, Belgium , over 8,000 wines will be reviewed and scored by 350 tasters worldwide. With over 8,200 samples last year's edition of the WCC , held in Bratislava , Slovakia , has surpassed the record of participation in a competitive field. Concours Mondial de Bruxelles was founded in 1994 by Louis Havaux . Since 2006, the competition was held in different countries in Europe : 2012 in Guimaraes , Portugal, 2011 in Luxemburg , 2010 in Palermo , Sicily, in 2009 in Valencia.
