Wheeler Peak, elevation 13.063 feet, is seen at the upper center.This area is found within the Great Basin National Park, the only National Park within Nevada. A coniferous forest biome covers the lower elevation with the tree line clearly seen at the upper left. The remnants of a glacier can be seen below Sheeler Mountain.The mountains are made of Cambrian limestone.
