This is a Summer picture of the Wells Street Bridge over the Chicago River located in Chicago, Illinois. The bridge was designed by E. H. Bennett with input from Chicago Art Commission, is an example of a Double-deck, double leaf Bascule Bridge, carries automobiles and pedestrians on the lower level, and elevated trains on the upper level, the bridge opened on February 11, 1922. This picture was taken on June 19, 2016.
