The Cathedral of Santa Maria de Episcopio is a church in Benevento which is the seat of the archbishops. It dates back to the Lombard foundation of the Duchy of Benevento, at the end of the eighth century, but after its destruction during the bombings during the Second World War, it was largely rebuilt in the 1960s
