This is a Summer picture of the public art piece known as Victory Monument located Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois in Cook County. This monument was built to honnor an African American unit that served in France during World War I, it was designed by Leonard Crunelle, and was installed in 1927. This picture was taken on June 20, 2017.
