On the left is a 4-story apartment building with 7 units, all with ocean views, known as The House on the Boardwalk, outwardly with an artistic assymetry, it is quite stable. Nearby stands the 23-story, 269-foot tall Opera House Tower, built on the site of the original Tel Aviv Opera House, opened in 1994. It is a combination of shopping mall, cinema, and luxury apartments and hotel rooms.
