Turner's Falls, Massachusetts is a village famous for its many nineteenth century mill complexes built due to ample and inexpensive hydropower. This mill building sits next to the Falls, along with a dam, eighteenth century canal, and access to the Connecticut River. The building is now managed by the National Fish and Wildlife Refuge.
