The STATUE OF LIBERTY located in the Plaza Independencia of the City of San Miguel de Tucuman, in 1904, is inspired by the model of the VICTORY OF SAMOTHRACIA, (Greek art), this woman's body sculpted in marble and slightly covered by a clothing that flies in the wind, breaks chains as a symbol of freedom. The force of the sculpture is directed in a single direction, in front, towards where freedom is facing.
