A trail rider,chasing down a longhorn cow - sculpture. Part of 73 pieces donated to the city of Dallas that make up the cattle drive sculpture in Pioneer Plaza, in Dallas, TX. Trammell Crow, assembled a group to donate the sculptures in 1992 on 4.2 acres of land donated by the City of Dallas. The 70 bronze steers and 3 trail riders sculptures were created by artist Robert Summers of Glen Rose, Texas. Pioneer Plaza is completely open and accessible and free to all.
