A view of the highest and oldest part of famous Orava Castle situated on a high cliff. This Romanesque citadel was build in 13th century as a guardian fortification on the road to Poland. The Orava Castle is opened to public and it is definitely worth a visit. Many attractions can be seen there including museum, night tours, festivals and much more. It is located in Oravsky Podzamok town, Orava region, northern Slovakia.
