Actress Thulisile Thusi sings The Circle of Life from The Lion King, at “Stars In The Alley,†a free outdoor concert produced by The Broadway League. The venue was Shubert Alley in mid-town Manhattan. Hundreds took in the entertainment from nearly 25 Broadway shows with the accompaniment of a live 12-piece orchestra under partly cloudy skies and pleasant 70-degree weather from 11 am until nearly 1 pm on May 21, 2014. The annual event, resumed after a 7-year hiatus, is part of the countdown for 68th Annual Tony Awards on June 8, 2014.
