Food search at the Clarence Cannon national Wildlife refuge in east central Missouri on a dyke used to provide open water for waterfowl to use for resting and feeding on the annual migration along the Mississippi River flyway. The refuge is only a short way from the river and is a year round hunting ground for predators such as hawks, falcons and Bald Eagles.
