The tower of the romantic ruins of the former Premyslid castle of Tyrov. You will find it on a promontory above the Berounka River. It is one of the oldest Czech castles, the first mention of it dates back to 1249. In that year, King Wenceslas I captured his son Premysl (Otakar II) here. However, the castle is in poor technical condition
