The Central Oregon Cascades abounds with dormant volcanoes, some of the most prominent of which are the North Sister (Faith), Middle Sister (Hope) and South Sister (Charity, not pictured). Now within the Three Sisters Wilderness Area, these 10,000 foot peaks are primary features along the Pacific Coast National Scenic Trail, a hiking and pack route that spans 2,650 miles from Canada to Mexico and passes through three states.
