This is an early Spring picture on an overcast day of a piece of iconic public art titled:Scarecrow, on exhibit in Oz Park which honor Lyman Frank Baum a Chicago resident who authored the Children’s Classic book: The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, located in Chicago, Illinois in Cook County. This picture of the cast bronze sculpture only shows the upper torso of the Scarecrow was created by John Kearney and installed in Oz Park in June 2005. This picture was taken on April 10, 2019.
