The Postal Palace in Budapest is located at Krisztina körút 6 in the 12th district of Budapest. It was built between 1924-1926 as the administrative building of the Hungarian Royal Post. The palace was designed by Gyula Sándy in an eclectic-secessionist style. The country’s first circular passenger elevator (“páternoszter”) was operated here. The building was transferred to the ownership of the National Bank of Hungary in the summer of 2018.
