The Daily News Building, or The News Building, is one of the skyscrapers in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by architects Raymond Hood and John Mead Howells, when its construction was completed in 1930, this skyscraper became one of the most representative examples of art deco in New York. And one of the curiosities that made the Daily News Building the center of attention is that it appeared in the Superman movie (1978), with Christopher Reeve as Clark Kent and Margot Kidder as Lois Lane.
