Chapultepec is the mountain located west of Mexico City, surrounded by a park. It includes a wooded area of lakes, leisure facilities (playgrounds, museums, theaters and a zoo) and historic buildings such as Chapultepec Castle. Known, inhabited and used even before the Spanish conquest of 1521, its name means "mountain of the cricket" in the Náhuatl language, or more precisely "place on the hill of the chapulines", precisely because of the many crickets that lived in that area of the wood .
