Pictured is a cast bronze sculpture titled Tending the Garden by Seward Johnson on display at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden in Texas. It was cast in 2021. The sculpture depicts a woman holding a basket in one hand and a spade in the other with a small dog placing its paws on her leg. John Seward Johnson II was an American artist known for trompe-l'ceil painted bronze statues. He was born in 1930 and died in 2020 at age 89.
