Sunlight breaks through the clouds and shines down on the ruins of Surrender lead smelt mill in the Yorksire Dales national park. Built in 1841 it only remained open until 1880, when other cheaper sources of lead were found.Old Gang Beck or Mill Gill is below the mill but almost dried up.
