The North Tower, Great Hall and South Tower with the raised English Heritage Flag flying in the wind as seen from the grounds of St John the Baptist. Stokesay Castle is one of the finest fortified medieval manor houses in England. The castle was originally built in the late 1200s by Laurence of Ludlow.
