St Phillips Church is a famous icon in the French Quarter of Charlestown, SC. The early English settlers originally began construction in 1710 with its the first service in 1723. Despite being damaged during the American Revolution & the Civil War plus the 1886 earthquake & hurricane Hugo, it remains a stunning structure.
