Pictured is a south wall fresco in Nakht`s tomb TT52 in the Theban Necropolis near Luxor, Egypt. Men are pictured on each side making offerings to the deceased whose images have deteriorated in the center. Nakht was an Ancient Egyptian official who held the position of a scribe and astronomer of Amun, probably during the reign of Thutmose IV in the Eighteenth Dynasty.
