Each column weighs more than 35,000 pounds and is engraved with a quote from historian Beb Fulkerson`s newspaper column, `The Town of Wylie` published in Wylie`s earlier days. Steve Gillman is an award-winning artist with many years experience in public art. The work is part of the City of Wylie Public Art Collection.
