A small arched livestock bridge crosses a stream that runs under the impressive Dent Dale railway viaduct. Built of Dent marble between 1869 and 1875 for the Midland Railway Company it is part of the Settle to Carlisle line. The viaduct crosses the quarry from where the materials for the viaduct were originally unearthed.
