Ras Mohamed is a national park that protects some of the most amazing underwater ecosystems in the world. It is located at the southern end of the Sinai Peninsula, where the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba meet. It has over 210 species of corals and more than 1000 species of fish, including rare and endangered ones. It also has underwater caves, mangroves and sea grasses that provide habitats for diverse marine life. Ras Mohamed is a paradise for divers, snorkelers and marine biologists.
