Metro Manila, Philippines - October 4, 2013: Heavy traffic congestion in part of EDSA-Guadalupe during the rush in the afternoon, according to some studies that daily traffic is cause by uneducated and undisciplined drivers, inadequate traffic enforcement, poorly coordinated infrastructure projects and considered as a new normal in the city.
