Segovia Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Segovia, Spain. It is located in the main square of the city, the Plaza Mayor, (previously Plaza Franco) and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The Cathedral of Segovia is one of last Gothic cathedrals built in Spain and Europe. It was built in the mid-sixteenth century, when in most of Europe, Renaissance architecture was the new standard.
