Pictured is a statue of Saint Leopold in the interior of the Piarist Church, Krems on the Danube, Austria. The church is the oldest in the city. It is also called Krems Frauenberg Church. Leopold became the Patron Saint of Austria in 1485. He established the Klosterneuburg Monastery which eventually became his residence and burial site. The statue incorporates both these facts.
