A display on the green in front of Dedman College was a Sabbat Table set for the hostages with empty seats. This moving display was by the Hillel at SMU. The people viewing this were in awe, moved emotionally right down to the picture posters on the back of each chair and the baby bottles and high chairs for the infants also held captive by Hamas. The center was filled with 1400 Israeli flags for those murdered on the first day of the attacks, the most to die in one day outside of the Holocaust. This photographer has seen many displays on college campuses over the years but this one was so moving, leaving it after some time of just observing it was hard to do.
