Ruwanweli Maha Stupa is located in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. It was built by Sinhalese King Dutugemunu in c. 140 B.C. It is also known as Swarnamali Seya, SvaṇṇamÄli Mahaceti (in Pali) and Rathnamali Seya.
