An ancient detailed mosaic called the Mosaic of the Fish dates to the third century AD and decorated a wealthy Roman home during the Roman Empire. It was discovered in 1843 and is now exhibited in the Gallo-Roman Museum of Lyon, also known as Lugdunum.
