Pictured are reliefs in the pillared court of The Tomb of Nemtymes, one of the New Kingdom tombs in the Saqqara necropolis, Egypt. Nemtymes was an important official during the reign of Ramesses II from 1279 to 1213 BC. He was the king`s royal envoy to all foreign lands, the chief steward of Memphis, and the overseer of works in the temple of Ptah. The tomb was discovered in 1997 by the French Archeological Mission headed by Alan Zivie. Many scenes are depicted in the wall reliefs including depictions of offering bearers and Nemtymes worshipping deities.
