The picture was taken on the South Coast of South Africa. The name of the place is Jagersfontein. I found some lovely and unique rock formations like the one in the image. You can see this massive rock structure that seems to be boxed or layered? The rocks are all covered in what seems like a red moss. The rocks seem to be uniquely balanced on each other which provide a great image. On some level it might look like an ancient palace. The result is this layered red rock with the centre point, with contrasting blue sky and a bit green vegetation and green still water in the foreground.
