Historic building built last century villa railroad facilities linking Arica, with the city of La Paz in Bolivia. The railway was built by the Chilean government as set out in Article 3 of the Treaty of October 20, 1904 and the Convention on the Railway Construction and Operation of June 27, 1905, both signed by Bolivia and Chile.
