Actor Peter Falk participates in a press conference at the 4th Annual Tribeca Film Festival for the movie in which he starred, The Thing About My Folks, in New York City; April 29, 2005. A veteran character actor in film and television, he was perhaps best known for his work as rumpled homicide detective, Inspector Columbo, with the Los Angeles Police Department, in the long-running series Columbo. Falk won 4 Emmy Awards for his memorable part.
