A traditional Chinese summer pavilion is in front of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain remote scene. Yulong Mountain is the southernmost glacier in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a sanctuary for rare animals and wild plants. It`s taken in Lijiang, Yunnan, China.It is a mountain massif or small mountain range in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County. Its highest peak is named Shanzidou and is 5,596 m 18,360 ft above sea level.Looking from Lijiang Old Town in the south which is 15 kilometers nine miles away, the snow-covered and fog-enlaced mountain resembles a jade dragon lying in the clouds, hence the name.It is a famous scenic spot for sightseeing, mountaineering, skiing, exploration, scientific research and taking holiday.
