According to one of the legends, Panettone was created by a baker named Toni, who worked in the Della Grazia bakery in Milan at the time of Ludovico the Moor 1452 – 1508. The young baker, in love with the boss`s daughter, would have invented sweet bread to impress his beloved`s father.
